Singing the Alphabet Song is a fun way to expose your child to letters. Make hand washing more fun by singing the Alphabet Song together!

Step 1: Next time your child needs to wash up, sing the Alphabet Song together.
Step 2: Sing it fast and sing it slow but sing it often. Your child may only know a few of the letters of the song at first, but the more often she hears the song the more familiar it will become.
Provide more modeling and support as needed.
